A significant number of people in Peterston super Ely are living in large houses and would like to downsize but stay in the village. There isn't housing provision for this currently but the Vale of Glamorgan Council is doing a Housing Needs Survey to find out who needs what for their housing including downsizing as well as other housing needs. If the Council knows what the need is in PSE for homes to downsize to, then it's more likely it will be able to prompt and support that sort of provision as well as other types of homes.

Information about the Survey will be sent out shortly and Vale Council staff will be in the Village Hall to answer questions on Friday July 4th, 11am till 2pm.
